1. Return Policy
Online Purchases:
Customers who purchase a fridge online through our website or official sales platforms have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
In-Person / Manual Purchases:
For purchases made in person or through direct/manual sales (outside of the online system), customers have 2 (two) calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:
- The fridge must be unused and in its original packaging.
- A return will only be accepted if the unit has not been damaged due to improper use or handling after delivery.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
Note: If a fridge has been used, installed, or removed from original packaging, returns will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect.
2. Warranty & Defects
All Snack Fridge Co fridges come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues not caused by customer misuse or mishandling
If your fridge is not functioning correctly within the warranty period:
- A qualified technician will be dispatched to your location to inspect the unit.
- If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, repairs or a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
Important:
You are purchasing the fridge based on the product specifications listed online or provided at the time of sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the specifications (size, dimensions, voltage, cooling type, etc.) before completing the purchase. Any return due to a mismatch of expectations that were clearly stated in the product description may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Advisory for Online Purchases
For customers purchasing fridges online:
- Please ensure delivery details and contact information are correct at checkout.
- Unbox and inspect the fridge immediately upon delivery. Report any visible damage within 24 hours of delivery.
- Carefully review the product dimensions and specs to ensure the fridge suits your intended space and use.

1. Company Overview
Snack Fridge Co is a South African-based business that supplies commercial fridges and wholesale beverages to individuals and businesses seeking to generate additional income or improve convenience within their spaces. Our services include delivery, inventory setup, technical support, and customer assistance.
2. Orders & Product Information
- All product specifications, features, and prices are clearly listed online or provided in writing before purchase.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review these specifications (e.g., fridge size, cooling type, voltage) before placing an order.
- By confirming a purchase, you accept the product as described and agree to be bound by these terms.
3. Payment Terms
- All purchases must be paid in full prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Monthly accounts are available by request and subject to approval. A R500 admin fee applies for monthly billing accounts.
- Payment for monthly accounts is due by the 30th of each month, failing which Snack Fridge Co reserves the right to charge penalty fees of 5% on outstanding balances.
4. Return Policy
- Online Purchases: Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery.
- In-Person Purchases: Returns must be initiated within 2 calendar days from purchase.
- Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- We do not accept returns for used fridges or those removed from their packaging unless there is a manufacturer defect.
5. Warranty & Defects
- All fridges include a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and operational faults not caused by customer misuse.
- In the event of a malfunction, Snack Fridge Co will dispatch a qualified technician to assess the unit on-site.
- If the issue falls under warranty, necessary repairs or a replacement unit will be provided at no cost to the customer.
6. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery typically occurs within 24–48 hours of order confirmation and payment.
- Please ensure that delivery and contact details are correct at checkout.
- Customers must inspect units immediately upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
- Snack Fridge Co is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery information.

3. Delivery Requirements
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and ready for the unit (e.g., wide doorways, adequate space).
- Please ensure someone is present to receive the delivery and inspect the fridge on arrival.
- If no one is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
4. Damage & Inspection
- All units must be inspected upon delivery. If your fridge arrives with visible damage, it must be reported within 24 hours to qualify for replacement or support.
- Please retain all packaging materials until your unit is confirmed to be fully functional.
5. Delays
- While we strive to meet our delivery timeframe, Snack Fridge Co is not liable for courier delays, strikes, or acts of God that may affect your delivery.
- Customers will be updated should delays occur and given the option to track or escalate the order.
